摘　　要：猫传染性腹膜炎(FIP)是由猫冠状病毒(FCoV)感染引起的一种慢性、渐进性、致死性传染病,根据其临床表现不同,分为湿性、干性以及混合性3种类型。猫传染性腹膜炎目前尚无有效疫苗,死亡率达95%以上,这不仅给养猫的宠主和宠物医师的临床诊疗工作造成了极大困扰,更给城市的兽医公共卫生安全工作管理带来严峻挑战。该文通过总结猫传染性腹膜炎的病原学和临床病理特征,提出猫传染性腹膜炎关于临床上血液学和影像学方面的诊断思路,并梳理当前关于核苷类药物GS—441524在临床上FIP治疗中取得的实践,探讨GS—441524在猫传染性腹膜炎的治疗价值,旨在为临床兽医与宠主能够科学认识和应对猫传染性腹膜炎提供价值参考。Feline infectious peritonitis(FIP)is a chronic,progressive,and fatal infectious disease caused by cat coronavirus(FCoV)infection.According to its clinical manifestations,it can be divided into three types:wet abdominal infection,dry abdominal infection,and mixed abdominal infection.Feline infectious peritonitis is no effective vaccine,with a mortality rate of over 95%.This not only poses great difficulties for pet owners and pet doctors in their clinical diagnosis and treatment,but also poses serious challenges to the management of veterinary public health and safety work in cities.This article summarizes the etiology and clinicopathological characteristics of feline infectious peritonitis,proposes diagnostic ideas for clinical hematology and imaging aspects of feline infectious peritonitis,and arranges the current practice of nucleoside drugs GS—441524 in clinical FIP treatment,to explore the therapeutic value of GS—441524 in feline infectious peritonitis,The purpose is to provide valuable references for clinical veterinarians and pet owners to scientifically understand and respond to feline infectious peritonitis.
