摘　　要：猪产后瘫痪又称产后麻痹或风瘫,多发于冬季和春季,是母猪分娩后突然发生的一种以知觉丧失和四肢瘫痪为特征的急性低血钙症,一经感染将会降低母猪的生产力和仔猪的成活率。目前,临床治疗该病主要是注射钙制剂,而预防该病主要是通过合理利用母猪年限、提高日粮中维生素D、钙、磷等营养、改善圈舍温湿环境等措施。该文对母猪产后瘫痪的病因、临床症状、诊断、治疗以及预防等方面进行简要阐述,旨在为养殖场防治该病提供参考,促进养殖健康发展。Postpartum paralysis of pigs is also called postpartum paralysis or wind paralysis,mostly occurs in winter and spring.It is an acute hypocalcemia characterized by loss of consciousness and quadriplegia after delivery of sows.Once infected,it will reduce the productivity of sows and the survival rate of piglets.At present,the clinical treatment of the disease is mainly injection of calcium preparation,and the prevention of the disease is mainly through rational use of sow years,improvement of vitamin D,calcium,phosphorus and other nutrients in the diet,and improvement of the warm and humid environment in the shed.In this paper,the etiology,clinical symptoms,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of postpartum paralysis of sows were briefly expounded,aiming at providing reference for the prevention and treatment of this disease in farms and promoting the healthy development of breeding.
