摘  要:细胞焦亡是受外界环境刺激而诱发细胞程序性炎性死亡的一种方式,此过程依靠Caspase-1/4/5/11的过表达。已有研究表明,细胞焦亡与许多疾病密切相关,如急性肾损伤、糖尿病肾病和肾结石等。从机制上出发,调节细胞焦亡有2种途径,一条由经典通路Caspase-1调控,另一条由非经典通路Caspase-4/5/11调控。大量研究证实细胞焦亡参与肾病的生理过程。该文着重介绍细胞焦亡与肾脏损伤分子机制进行概述,为肾脏疾病的防治和研发特效药提供新的思路。Pyroptosis is a way of programmed inflammatory cell death induced by environmental stimulation,which depends on overexpression of Caspase-1/4/5/11.Studies have shown that pyrodeath is closely related to many diseases,such as acute kidney injury,diabetic nephropathy and kidney stones.From the perspective of mechanism,there are two ways to regulate pyrodeath,one is regulated by the classical Caspase-1 pathway and the other is regulated by the non-classical Caspase-4/5/11 pathway,which confirms that pyrodeath is involved in the physiological process of nephropathy.Therefore,this paper focuses on the molecular mechanism regulating pyrodeath and the relationship between pyrodeath and kidney injury,providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of kidney diseases and the development of specific drugs.
