课程思政融入《家禽生产学》的实践与思考--以育种原理为例

摘　　要：《家禽生产学》是动物科学及相关专业的传统核心课程,现代家禽生产为人们提供优质、廉价的蛋白来源,是提高人民生活幸福指数的重要保障。课程思政是近年国家倡导的一种将专业课教学与思政教学同向同行、融合开展的一种教学理念。为切实推进课程思政与家禽生产课程的结合,该文基于家禽学的教学理念和课程思政的要求,从教学目标、思政目标、融入途径和效果评价4个方面对家禽生产教学过程进行阐述,围绕家国情怀、职业素养、三农精神和责任意识等优化课程供给,并尝试在案例教学、小组讨论辨析、五星教学法、项目式教学等途径融入思政教学,为《家禽生产学》思政课程教学和实践提供参考。“Poultry Production”is the traditional core curriculum of animal science and related majors.Modern poultry production provides people with high quality and cheap protein sources,which is an important guarantee to improve people's life happiness index.Curriculum thought and politics is a kind of teaching idea advocated by the state in recent years,which combines the teaching of professional courses with ideological and political teaching.In order to effectively promote the combination of ideological and political education and“Poultry Production”courses,this paper expounds the teaching process of poultry production from four aspects,including teaching objectives,ideological and political objectives,integration approaches and effect evaluation,based on the teaching concepts of poultry science and the requirements of curriculum ideological and political education,and optimates the supply of courses around the feelings of home and country,professional quality,spirit of agriculture,rural areas and farmers and sense of responsibility.And try to integrate ideological and political teaching in case teaching,group discussion discrimination,five-star teaching method,project teaching and other ways,to provide references for the ideological and political teaching and practice of“Poultry Production”.
