摘　　要：[目的]了解北京市老年人对智慧养老的认知、需求及影响因素。[方法]采用方便抽样的方法,对北京市4个智慧健康养老示范街道的620名老年人开展问卷调查,运用卡方检验、二元logistic回归分析影响老年人智慧养老服务需要的因素。[结果]在606份有效问卷中,491人(81.0%)不了解智慧养老,115人(19.0%)了解智慧养老;419人(69.1%)需要智慧养老服务,187人(30.9%)不需要智慧养老服务;年龄(OR70~79岁=1.792,95%CI:1.172~2.738;OR80~89岁=4.503,95%CI:2.434~8.330)、医疗保险类型(OR城乡居民医保=0.322,95%CI:0.199~0.521)、疼痛/不舒服(OR轻度困难=2.029,95%CI:1.335~3.083;OR中等困难及以上=3.266,95%CI:1.733~6.156)、养老方式倾向(OR社区养老=4.813,95%CI:1.342~17.266)、婚姻状况(OR有配偶=0.495,95%CI:0.275~0.892)、智慧养老服务了解情况(OR了解=5.064,95%CI:1.104~23.228)是影响老年人智慧养老服务需要的因素(P<0.05)。[结论]北京市老年人智慧养老认知程度有待提高,其智慧养老服务需求意愿较高,未来应加强智慧养老的社区宣传力度,合理挖掘老年人的智慧养老需求,设计开发适老懂老的智慧养老服务及产品。Objective To understand the cognition,demand,and influencing factors of the elderly for smart elderly care in Beijing.Methods The method of convenience sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 620 elderly people in four demonstration streets of smart health and elderly care in Beijing.The chi-square test and binary logistic regression were used to analyze the factors affecting the elderly's need for smart elderly care services.Results Among the 606 valid questionnaires,491(81.0%)cases did not know about smart elderly care and 115(19.0%)cases knew about it.419(69.1%)cases needed smart elderly care services and 187(30.9%)cases did not need them.Age(OR 70-79 years old=1.792,95%CI:1.172-2.738;OR 80-89 years old=4.503,95%CI:2.434-8.330),types of medical insurance(OR medical insurance for urban and rural residents=0.322,95%CI:0.199-0.521),pain/discomfort(OR slight problems=2.029,95%CI:1.335-3.083;OR moderate problems and above=3.266,95%CI:1.733-6.156),preference for elderly care(OR community-based elderly care=4.813,95%CI:1.342-17.266),marital status(OR with a spouse=0.495,95%CI:0.275-0.892),and understanding of smart elderly care services(OR understand=5.064,95%CI:1.104-23.228)were factors affecting the elderly's need for smart elderly care services(P<0.05).Conclusions The awareness of smart elderly care among the elderly in Beijing needs to be improved and their demand for smart elderly care services is relatively high.In the future,publicity for smart elderly care should be strengthened in the community and elderly's needs for smart elderly care should be reasonably explored.The design of smart elderly care services and products should be more suitable for the elderly.
