摘　　要：肿瘤单病种质量管理是医院开展肿瘤医疗质量管理的重要手段,能够有效提高医院肿瘤诊疗规范化及医疗质量管理水平。然而,从医院实践来看,肿瘤单病种质量管理仍处于探索发展阶段,并面临着一些困难和问题。文章采用ROCCIPI技术框架,从规则、机会、能力、交流、利益、过程和意识等方面对肿瘤单病种质量管理发展进行问题识别和分析,以期为医院开展肿瘤单病种质量管理实践提供参考。Quality management of tumor single disease is an important means for quality management of tumor in hospitals,which effectively improves the standardization of tumor diagnosis and treatment and the level of medical quality management.However,from the perspective of hospital practice,quality management of tumor single disease is still in the stage of exploration and development,and it faces some difficulties and problems.This paper adopts the ROCCIPI analysis framework to identify and analyze the problems of quality management of tumor single disease from seven aspects including rule,opportunity,ability,communication,benefit,process and consciousness,in order to provide useful reference for the exploration of cancer single disease quality management in hospitals.
