摘 要:以79份六棱大麦种质为材料,进行产量相关性状的遗传多样性分析,以期为新品种选育提供种质基础。通过相关性分析、方差分析、主成分分析和聚类分析对表型性状进行综合评价,结果表明,各参试材料间各性状差异显著,变异范围在11.66%~26.82%之间,遗传多样性丰富;单株粒重变异系数最大,为26.82%,表明其遗传变异最为丰富,株高变异系数最小,为11.66%;不同性状间遗传多样性指数分布范围为1.91~2.09,多样性指数以主穗粒重最大,为2.09,单株穗数最小,为1.91;相关性分析结果表明,各性状之间存在不同程度的相关性;方差分析结果表明,株高、主穗长、主穗粒数、主穗粒重、单株粒数、单株粒重和千粒重在不同基因型间差异均达到极显著水平;通过主成分分析,筛选出株高、主穗长、主穗粒数、主穗粒重、单株粒数、千粒重和单株粒重等适合作为六棱大麦种质评价指标;聚类分析将79份大麦种质材料分为4类。In this study,79 six-row barley germplasms were used to analyze the genetic diversity of yield related traits,so as to provide reference for screening excellent barley gennplasm resources.Phenotypic traits were evaluated by correlation analysis,variance analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that significant differences were existed among the tested materials,with the variation ranging from 11.66%to 26.82%,and the genetic diversity was rich;The maximum variation coefficient of grain weight per plant was 26.82%,indicating the most abundant genetic variation,and the minimum variation coefficient of plant height was 11.66%;The distribution range of genetic diversity index among different traits was 1.91-2.09,with the maximum main panicle grain weight of 2.09 and the minimum panicle number per plant of 1.91;Correlation analysis showed that there were different degrees of correlation among the characters.Variance analysis showed that plant height,main panicle length,main panicle grain number,main panicle grain weight,number of grains per plant,grain weight per plant and 1000 grain weight were significantly different among different genotypes.Principal component analysis showed that plant height,main panicle length,main panicle grain number,main panicle grain weight,number of grains per plant,1000 grain weight and grain weight per plant were selected as suitable evaluation indicators of six-row barley germplasm.The 79 barley gennplasm materials were divided into 4 categories by cluster analysis.
