摘 要:从航空货运公司的角度出发,以轴辐式运输网络为基础确定枢纽个数和位置,接着以运营成本最低为目标函数,在传统的货流分配模型中添加飞机容量、运输时间等多种约束条件,平衡考虑运输成本和运输时间,建立了综合运力配置、货流分配和运输时间限制问题的混合整数规划模型.以中国国际货运航空公司为算例,利用Gurobi优化器对模型进行了求解.结果表明在联合优化基础上,综合考虑货物的运输成本和运输时间,得到的运输成本降低了27.4%.From the perspective of air cargo companies,based on the hub-and-spoke transportation network,this paper determined the number and location of hubs,then took the lowest operating cost as the objective function,and added various constraints such as aircraft capacity and transportation time into the traditional cargo flow distribution model to balance the transportation cost and transportation time.A mixed integer programming model for integrated transport capacity allocation,cargo flow allocation and transport time limitation was established.Taking China International Cargo Airlines as an example,the model was solved by using Gurobi optimizer.The results showed that the transportation cost was reduced by 27.4%on the basis of comprehensive consideration of transportation cost and transportation time.
