摘　　要：为了提高体育专业毕业生业务能力与就业质量,构建了包含数据服务层、网络通讯层、应用服务层以及表现层4层的实习质量监控与保障体系。数据服务层利用不同类型的数据库,分类存储有关高校体育专业学生实习质量的有效数据;网络通讯层通过网络优化调节模块,保证网络运行稳定;应用服务层接收由网络通讯层传输的数据后,利用管理模块完成学生实习的日常管理;应用服务层中的个性化学习资源推荐模块应用多维特征差异个性化学习资源推荐模型,向学生推荐个性化学习资源,就业质量评价模块通过基于模糊综合评判法构建学生就业质量评价模型,评价学生毕业后就业质量。学校管理工作人员可通过访问表现层浏览器或移动终端随时关注与管理学生实习质量。实验结果表明:该体系应用后可有效提升高校体育专业实习学生考核成绩,能够根据学生自身需求向其快速推荐个性化学习资源,并有效评估学生就业质量,提高学生业务能力与就业质量。To improve the professional ability and employment quality of sports graduates,an internship quality monitoring and guarantee system including data service layer,network communication layer,application service layer and performance layer is constructed.The data service layer used different types of databases to classify and store effective data about the practice quality of college physical education students;The network communication layer ensured the stable operation of the network through the network optimization and adjustment module;After receiving the data transmitted by the network communication layer,the application service layer used the management module to complete the daily management of students’practice;The personalized learning resource recommendation module in the application service layer applied the multi-dimensional feature difference Personalized Learning Resource Recommendation Model to recommend personalized learning resources to students.The employment quality evaluation module constructed the student employment quality evaluation model based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the employment quality of students after graduation;School management staff were able to supervise and manage the quality of students’internship at any time by accessing the performance layer browser or mobile terminal.The experimental results showed that the application of the system could effectively improve the assessment results of college physical education internship students,quickly recommended personalized learning resources to students according to their own needs,effectively evaluated students’employment quality,and improved students’professional ability and employment quality.
