摘　　要：延长蛋鸡的产蛋周期是有效提高资源利用率的方法,能够带来巨大的经济和环境效益,对蛋鸡行业的发展具有重要意义。目前延长产蛋周期面临的主要问题是产蛋后期蛋鸡产蛋率和蛋品质下降。出现这一问题的主要原因可能是老龄蛋鸡肠道和输卵管都发生了炎性衰老,导致其功能衰退,从而降低蛋品质。而植物提取物有着良好的抗炎作用,因此可以通过植物提取物延缓蛋鸡炎性衰老,实现蛋鸡产蛋周期的延长。文章通过对蛋鸡肠道和输卵管炎性衰老、植物提取物的抗炎机制进行阐述,为后续的研究和应用提供思路。Prolonging the laying cycle of hens is an effective way to improve the utilization rate of re⁃sources,which can bring huge economic and environmental benefits,and it is of great significance to the development of laying hens industry.Nowadays,the main problem of prolonging the laying cycle is the decline of laying rate and egg quality in late laying period.The main reason for the problem may be the inflammageing of the intestine and reproductive organs(especially fallopian tube)in aged laying hens.In⁃flammageing leads to functional decline and thereby reducing egg quality.Plant extracts have good antiinflammatory effect,so the anti-inflammageing function of plant extracts can be used to delay the aging of the laying hens.This article focus on the inflammageing of intestine and fallopian tube of laying hens and the anti-inflammatory mechanism of plant extracts,aiming to provide ideas for subsequent research and application.
