摘 要:针对普通三螺杆挤出机运输性能较差问题,提出了一种差速阴阳转子三螺杆结构,用以提高三螺杆挤出机豆粕组织蛋白挤出效率。利用SolidWorks建模,使用ANSYS/CFX平台模拟仿真新型螺杆的流道数值,分析豆粕的运动情况,参照传统三螺杆挤出机,对比两者的宏观压力场及速度场,分析研究差速阴阳转子三螺杆特性。结果表明:普通三螺杆的流道内速度矢量分布不均,有明显速度差,速度流线更加紊乱,回流现象明显,流道压差更大,建压能力更强;差速阴阳转子三螺杆流道压差更大,豆粕流动速度更快,混合分布效果更好,在保证挤出质量的同时,提升了豆粕组织蛋白挤出量。In view of the poor transportation performance of the three screw extruder,a new type of three screw structure with differential speed Yin and Yang rotors was put forward to improve the output of soybean meal tissue protein in the three screw extruder.SolidWorks modeling was used to simu⁃late the flow channel value of the new screw us⁃ing the ANSYS/CFX platform,and the movement of soybean meal was analyzed.Referring to the traditional three screw extruder,the macro pressure field and velocity field of the two were compared,and the characteristics of the new three screw extruder were analyzed and studied.The velocity vector distribu⁃tion in the flow passage of the three screw with differential speed resntts showed that rotors is uneven,there is a significant speed difference,the velocity streamline is more disordered,the backflow phenome⁃non is obvious,the pressure difference in the flow passage is greater,and the pressure building ability is stronger.The pressure difference in the flow passage of the new three screw with differential speed resntts showed that rotors is greater,the flow speed of soybean meal is faster,and the mixing distribution effect is better.While ensuring the extrusion quality,the extrusion amount of soybean meal protein is improved.
