摘 要:为研究玉米副产品型发酵饲料对生长猪生长性能、粪便菌群、血液生化和抗氧化指标的影响,试验采用单因素试验设计,选用192头体重为(42.53±0.82)kg的三元法系商品生长猪,随机分为6组,分别为对照组(基础日粮)、试验I组(85%基础日粮+15%发酵饲料A)、试验Ⅱ组(85%基础日粮+15%发酵饲料B)、试验Ⅲ组(85%基础日粮+15%发酵饲料C)、试验Ⅳ组(85%基础日粮+15%发酵饲料D)和试验Ⅴ组(80%基础日粮+20%发酵饲料D)。预试期3 d,正试期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,①试验Ⅰ组平均日增重(ADG)显著升高(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组平均日采食量(ADFI)显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组料重比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05);②试验组粪便中乳酸菌数量显著升高(P<0.05),大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P<0.05);③试验Ⅰ组血液中尿素氮(UN)含量显著降低(P<0.05),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著升高(P<0.05);④试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。综上,用发酵饲料A替代15%的基础日粮可提高生长猪的生长性能、调节肠道生态环境、改善部分血液生化参数、增强机体抗氧能力。In order to study the effects of corn byproduct fermented feed on growth performance,fe⁃cal microflora,blood biochemical and antioxidant indices of growing pigs.One hundred and ninetytwo commercial growing pigs with similar body weights of(42.53±0.82)kg were divided into six treatment groups in a single factor experiment de⁃sign,control group(basal diet),groupⅠ(85%basal diet+15%fermented feed A),groupⅡ(85%basal diet+15%fermented feed B),groupⅢ(85%basal diet+15%fermented feed C),groupⅣ(85%basal diet+15%fermented feed D),and groupⅤ(80%basal diet+20%fermented feed D).The pre-feeding period lasted for three days,and the trial period lasted for 28 days.The results showed that:compared with the control group,①average daily gain(ADG)in groupⅠwas significantly increased(P<0.05),average daily feed intake(ADFI)in groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅣandⅤwas significantly decreased(P<0.05),and F/G in groupsⅠandⅢwas significantly decreased(P<0.05).②The number of Lactobacillus in feces was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the number of Escherichia coli was significantly decreased(P<0.05).③The concentration of urea nitro⁃gen(UN)in groupⅠwas significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the activities of Alanine transaminase(ALT)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)were significantly increased(P<0.05).④The concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA)in groupsⅠandⅡwas significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the activity of su⁃peroxide dismutase(SOD)in groupⅠwas significantly increased(P<0.05).These results indicate that substituting 15%fermented feed A in the basal diet regulated the intestinal ecological environment and enhanced the growth performance,some bold biochemical parameters and the antioxidant capacity of growing pigs.
