摘 要:随着国内海洋石油工业发展,铺管作业逐渐走向超深水。HYSY201已经在1500 m水深条件下实施了12英寸的海底管道铺设作业。为了进一步探讨HYSY201在超深水条件下大管径铺设作业的可行性,针对HYSY201船舶铺管装备和静态铺管受力分析,论证了1500 m超深水的22英寸大管径管道海上施工作业的能力,并获得结论,即静态分析过程中必须放开校核标准,优化阳极作业、弃管回收工艺和防滑颗粒等工艺作业,才能开展1500 m级水深的22英寸管道铺设作业。本文的结论为后续HYSY201超深水海底管道铺设作业做了技术论证和方案支持。The development of domestic offshore oil industry,the pipe laying operation is gradually moving towards ultra-deep water.HYSY201 has carried out 12 inch submarine pipeline laying operation at the water depth of 1500 meters.In order to further explore the feasibility of large-diameter pipe laying operation of HYSY201 under ultra deep water conditions,the mechanical analysis of HYSY201 ship pipe laying equipment and static pipe laying is carried out for the first time in China.This paper demonstrates the ability to carry out offshore construction of 22 inch large diameter pipeline in 1500 m ultra deep water,and comes to the conclusion that the verification standard must be relaxed in the process of static analysis,and the process operations such as anode operation,the recovery process of abandoned pipes,and anti-skid particles must be optimized in the construction process,so as to carry out 22 inch pipeline laying in 1500 m water depth.The conclusion of this paper provides technical demonstration and scheme support for further HYSY201 ultra deep water submarine pipeline laying operation.
