摘  要:在桁架式半潜平台组块建造过程中,总装垫墩的布置不仅要考虑组块总装过程中地基承载力要求,避免不均匀沉降,也要考虑避免塌腰变形的问题。此外,还要结合组块甲板片分片总装顺序、组块建造高度,以及一层甲板下管线电仪等其他专业支架位置等,布置一层甲板下总装垫墩支撑管。结合组块整体的变形,通过SACS软件模拟分析,对存在变形过大风险的节点,采取增加总装垫墩的方法,对单个垫墩能力采用AISC规范进行柱状构件压杆失稳校核。最后,分析得出满足要求的总装支撑布置。There are several factors to be considered for the lay-out of the assembly stools of the truss-semi-submersible installation during the construction of topside.Not only does it have to prevent the foundation base from haviry differential settlement to meet the bearing capacity of foundation soiled,but it also needs to prevent the topside from collapsing.Other factors include the erection sequence of the one floor deck,the construction height of the topside,and the position of the supports for pipe and electric instruments under the production deck.We can use SACS to analyze the whole deformation of the topside.As for single bearing capacity of the stool,we can refer to the AICS standard to carry out the calculation,after which we can come to the final assembly stools layout plan which can satisfy the erection.
