摘 要:本文以某海上浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)加热炉的烟气脱硫过程为原型,研究了文丘里洗涤器中气液两相流的数值模拟问题。通过群体平衡模型(PBM)与CFD耦合,建立了两相流混合与传质模型来描述离散相行为。考虑到由于湍流作用和相互影响导致的液滴破碎和相互碰撞,采用离散模型和正交矩模型对种群平衡方程(PBE)进行数值求解。然后,将碱液吸收SO_(2)的传质模型加入到求解模型中,计算得出SO_(2)的吸收效率。模拟结果表明,该模型能够正确模拟文丘里洗涤器内的多相流动和传质过程,与实测脱硫效率相比,平均误差小于8%。应用该模型研究了入口SO_(2)浓度,以及入口气速和喷射初始粒径对脱硫效率的影响。结果表明,在当前的结构设计下,脱硫效率随入口SO_(2)浓度和入口气速增加而降低;随着初始粒径的减小,脱硫效率增加,但是随着粒径减小脱硫效率增加程度减小。This paper investigated the problem of the simulation of the gas-liquid flow,based on the flue gas desulfurization process of a heating furnace of an offshore FPSO.Using venturi scrubber to be the prototype,the population balance model(PBM)is developed,with computational Fluid dynamics(CFD)as the model to characterize the behaviors of droplets.In the environment of multiphase flow,due to fluid turbulent eddy and drip wake entrainment,breakage and collision of droplets may occur.In order to solve the problem,discrete model and quadrature moment model were applied to numerically solve the population balance equations(PBE).Then,the mass transfer model for SO_(2)absorption by NAOH solution is added to the model to describe the mass transfer in the venturi scrubber.The simulation results shows that the model can correctly simulate the multiphase flow and mass transfer in the venturi scrubber:the average error is less than 8%compared with the measured the sulfur removal efficiency.Then,the effects of SO_(2)concentration,the velocity of gas at inlet and the initial SMD of droplets on desulfurization efficiency are studied in the above model.The results show that the desulfurization efficiency decreases with the increase of inlet SO_(2)concentration and inlet gas velocity.With the decrease of initial particle size,the desulfurization efficiency increases,but with the decrease of particle size,the amount of increase of desulfurization efficiency decreases.
