从“天人合一”论治骨髓增生异常综合征

摘　　要：骨髓增生异常综合征中医称为“髓毒劳”,正虚邪实为基本病机,补益脾肾及解毒化瘀等为扶正祛邪为治疗大法,根据患者临床症状及疗效特点结合人与自然和谐统一的“天人合一”理论,在基本治疗大法的基础上加入血肉有情品以补益精血扶助正气,加入辛散透达之品以透邪法透热散邪毒辅助祛邪,可在一定程度上提高临床疗效。Myelodysplastic syndrome is known as “myelotoxic fatigue” in traditional Chinese medicine.The essence of deficiency and evil is the basic pathogenesis, and strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney, detoxifying and removing blood stasis are the major therapeutic methods.According to the clinical symptoms and efficacy characteristics of patients, and the theory of “unity of heaven and man”,on the basis of the therapeutic method, the blood and flesh sentient products are added to replenish the essence and blood to support the vital Qi, and the products with the ability to penetrate the evils, heat and toxin are added to help to dispel the evil.It can improve the clinical efficacy to a certain extent.
