温滋解毒法辨治癌性便秘案

摘　　要：癌性便秘为肿瘤患者极为痛苦且常见的并发症,严重影响患者治疗的依从性和生存质量。周红光教授长期探索于肿瘤临床,深入学习国医大师周仲瑛教授之“癌毒”病机理论,在“消癌解毒法”的基础之上,提出癌性便秘与机体正气亏虚和癌毒顽劣猖獗密切相关;其反复发作的根本是“阴阳两虚、癌毒蕴结”;治疗上强调“通便不解毒、癌毒愈深,解毒不扶正、正气难存”,采用温滋解毒法,阴阳并补、寒热同调、消癌解毒,临床常获佳效。Cancerous constipation is a very painful and common complication of cancer patients, seriously affecting the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients.Professor ZHOU Hongguang has been exploring the clinical oncology for a long time.She has studied the pathogenesis theory of “cancer toxin” proposed by Professor ZHOU Zhongying, a master of traditional Chinese medicine.On the basis of “eliminating tumor and relieving toxin method”,she puts forward that cancerous constipation is closely related to the deficiency of vital Qi and cancer toxin.The root of its repeated attacks is “both deficiency of Yin and Yang, cancer tumor accumulation”.The treatment emphasizes that “defecation does not detoxify, if the cancer toxin is more serious, the detoxification method can not support the vital Qi”,using warming-nourishing and relieving toxin method to simultaneously supplement Yin and Yang, simultaneously regulate cold and heat, eliminate tumor and relieve toxin, which often gets good effect.
