摘　　要：应用急性虚证理论对新型冠状病毒感染进行再认识,提出新型冠状病毒感染初期和中期是肺气大伤,病情进展,重症期出现元气衰败的危重证候。病因病机是疫毒邪气,侵袭机体,正邪交争,耗伤正气,因实致虚。肺气受损,继生“痰”邪,黏滞胶结,闭阻气道,损及血络,出现喘脱之危候,是病势加重的关键因素。治疗全程注重扶助正气,强调增液化痰,养阴润肺。祛除痰邪,是截断病势的关键,可以阻止重症期患者病情进一步加重,有效降低病死率。Applying the theory of acute deficiency syndrome to re-understand the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),it is proposed that the early and middle stages of COVID-19 are severe lung Qi injury.The disease progresses, and the severe stage appears critical symptoms of vital Qi decline.The etiology and pathogenesis are epidemic toxin and evil Qi, which invade the body, fight and consume the vital Qi, and cause deficiency.Lung Qi damage, secondary phlegm, airway obstruction, damage to blood collaterals, and the risk of asthma are the key factors for aggravating the disease.The whole process of treatment focuses on supporting vital Qi, increasing the body fliuid, nourishing Yin and moistening lung.Removing phlegm is the key to cutting off the disease, which can prevent the patients from getting worse in the critical period and effectively reduce the mortality.
