摘　　要：目的 神庭穴是针灸临床常用腧穴之一,通过分析、整理涉及神庭穴应用的古代文献资料,总结归纳神庭穴在古代临床中的应用规律。方法 以“神庭”“天庭”为检索词,通过检索《中华医典》中所载全部古医籍,对神庭穴主治病症、配伍主治病症、刺灸法、刺激量等相关条文归纳整理并建立数据库。结果 共检索出与神庭相关的文献条文287条,囊括67本古籍,与神庭穴主治相关条文159条,古人运用神庭穴治疗20种病症,涉及内科、五官科、儿科等多门学科。其中单穴及配伍主治病症频次最高的均为心系病症,配伍腧穴共119个,最常与百会、上星、前顶等督脉穴位配伍应用。涉及神庭穴刺灸法的条文共有126条,主要的治疗方法是灸法,刺激量以灸3壮、7壮为多。结论 古代文献中神庭穴的应用内容记载丰富,治疗疾病的病种广泛,可为神庭穴的现代临床应用提供参考。Objective Shenting(GV24)is one of the commonly used acupoints in acupuncture and moxibustion.Through analyzing and sorting out the ancient literature materials of Shenting(GV24),the application law in ancient clinic was summarized.Methods Using “Shenting” and “Tianting” as the keywords, all ancient medical books in Chinese Medical Code were searched, the relevant articles of Shenting(GV24)compatibility, acupuncture and moxibustion treatment with Shenting(GV24),stimulation quantity and so on were summarized and the database was established.Results A total of 287 articles related to Shenting(GV24)were retrieved, including 67 ancient books and 159 articles related to the treatment by Shenting(GV24).The ancient treatment used Shenting(GV24)to treat 20 diseases, involving internal medicine, ophthalmology and otorhinolaryngology, pediatrics and other disciplines.The highest frequency of single acupoint and compatibility indications were all heart diseases, and there were 119 compatibility acupoints, which were often used with Baihui(GV20),Shangxing(GV23)and Qianding(GV21).There were 126 articles about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment with Shenting(GV24).The main treatment method was moxibustion, with 3 Zhuang or 7 Zhuang as the most common stimulation.Conclusion The application of Shenting(GV24)in ancient literature is abundant, and it can provide reference for modern clinical application of Shenting(GV24).
