盆炎净口服液治疗湿热下注型带下病疗效探析

摘　　要：目的观察盆炎净口服液治疗湿热下注型带下病的临床效果。方法180例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各90例,其中对照组予硝呋太尔制霉菌素片治疗,观察组加用盆炎净口服液,6 d为1个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、中医症状体征评分、不良反应发生率和复发率。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,研究组症状体征评分较低(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率92.2%(83/90),高于对照组的80.0%(72/90);观察组3个月复发率为4.4%(4/90),低于对照组的13.3%(12/90)(P<0.05)。其余指标相近。结论盆炎净口服液治疗湿热下注型带下病安全有效,且可降低复发率。Objective To observe the eficacy of Penyanjing Oral Liquid(盆炎净口服液)for patients with leukorrhea disease with syndrome of dampness-heat powring downward).Methods A totul of 180 patientswere randomlydivided into observation group andcontrol group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received nifuratel nystatin tablets,and the observation group received Penyanjing Oral Liquid additionally.The treatment course was 6 days.The clinical efficacy,symptom and sign scores of traditional Chinese medicine,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared.Results After treatment,compared with those inthe control group,the symptom and sign scores of traditional Chinese medicinewere lower in theobservation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 92.2%(83/90),which was higher than that(80.0%,72/90)the control group.The recurrence rate at three month was 4.4%(4/90),which was lower than that(13.3%,12/90)the control group(P<0.05).The other indexes were similar.Conclusion Penyanjing Oral Liquidis safe and effective for leukorrhea disease with syndrome of dampness-heat pouring downward,and could decrease the recurrence rate.
