藤黄健骨胶囊治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探究藤黄健骨胶囊联合针刺治疗肝肾亏虚型膝骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法 选取80例肝肾亏虚型KOA患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。治疗组予藤黄健骨胶囊配合针刺治疗,对照组予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,比较两组膝关节功能(Lysholm评分)、骨关节炎(WOMAC评分)、临床疗效,检测血清MMP-1、MMP-2、MMP-9,记录不良反应。结果 治疗组总有效率92.5%(37/40),高于对照组的77.5%(31/40)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组WOMAC评分降低,Lysholm评分升高,仅治疗组血清MMP-2、MMP-9活性下降(P<0.05)。组间相比,治疗组WOMAC评分较高,Lysholm评分、血清MMP-2、MMP-9活性均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论 藤黄健骨胶囊配合针刺治疗KOA(肝肾亏虚型)疗效肯定且安全性好。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules(藤黄健骨胶囊)combined with acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)of liver and kidney deficiency type,and its impacts on matrixmetalloproteinases(MMPs).Methods Eighty cases of KOA(liver and kidney deficiency syndrome)were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules combined with acupuncture,while the control group was treated with glucosamine sulfate capsule.The WOMAC score,Lysholmscore and clinical effects were compared,the serum levels of MMP-1,MMP-2 and MMP-9 were determined,and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results The effective rate of the study group was 92.5%(37/40),which was higher than 77.5%(31/40)of the control group(P<0.05).Affer treatment,WOMAC score decreased,Lysholm score increased in both groups,and serum levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 decreased in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had higher WOMAC score,lower Lysholmscore,lower serum levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 and higher WOMAC score(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules(藤黄健骨胶囊)combined with acupuncture is effective and safe for KOA(liver and kidney deficiency syndrome).
