摘　　要：队列研究适用于中医药防治慢性难治性疾病的研究,随着艾滋病的慢性化以及治疗规范化,针对其病程长、死亡率高、合并症多、病情复杂、用药复杂多样的特点,队列研究在艾滋病临床研究方面得到广泛应用。中医药防治艾滋病具有独特优势,作者通过对中医药防治艾滋病队列研究的现状进行分析,对存在的患者依从性低、合并用药、艾滋病死亡率高、队列研究成本高等问题进行探讨,以期为后续建立中医药防治艾滋病队列提供研究思路。Cohort study is suitable for the study of prevention and treatment of chronic refractory diseases with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).With the chronicity of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS)and the standardization of treatment, Cohort research is widely used in clinical research of AIDS due to its long course, high mortality rate, multiple complications, complex condition, and complex and diverse medication.TCM has unique advantages in the prevention and control of AIDS.And according to the analysis about the current situation of the study cohort of prevention and treatment of AIDS with TCM,this paper discussed the problems such as patient compliance, drug combination, high AIDS mortality rate and high cost of cohort study of AIDS,in order to provide research ideas for the subsequent establishment of the cohort of TCMpreventing and treating AIDS.
