摘　　要：《梁山伯与祝英台》《孟姜女》《白蛇传》《牛郎织女》《董永与七仙女》等民间传说流传久远、影响较大。这类故事中,主角均为并不追求轰轰烈烈生活的普通百姓,而非“才子佳人”,多出现地位高、出身优越的女子主动追求男子的情节,但二人共同生活的美景并不长久,均以幻想的“团圆”作结等,这些共性特征折射出下层平民的爱情旨趣。Among the Chinese folklores, love stories such as the Butterfly Lovers are the most iconic. All leading characters in these stories are by no means princes and princesses but common people who put stability at the top of their wish list. The five stories share another element: a woman of more affluent family falls love with a man of family with modest income, and their love story doesn’t have a happy ending. The love stories captures the commoners’ philosophy of love .
