摘  要:本文通过对某钢厂研发的低成本HRB500E微合金化热轧带肋钢筋出现力学性能不足问题,采用化学成分分析、显微组织分析、断口分析以及夹杂物分析等方法进行研究。结果表明:钢种存在大量上贝氏体组织,复合夹杂物含量较多以及Si、Mn为主的成分分布不均匀是导致低成本HRB500E微合金化热轧带肋钢筋力学性能不足的主要原因。可通过吹氩控制以促进夹杂物上浮来均匀钢水成分,确保钢水纯净度,通过控制轧制工艺来减少异常组织解决该问题。In this paper,the problems which the mechanical properties of the low cost HRB500E microalloyed hot-rolled ribbed steel bar developed by a steel factory are insufficient are studied by the chemical composition analysis,microstructure analysis,fracture analysis and inclusion analysis.The results show that a large amount of upper bainite structure exists in the steel grade,the high content of composite inclusions and the uneven distribution of the main components of Si and Mn are the main reasons for the insufficient mechanical properties of the low cost HRB500E microalloyed hot-rolled ribbed steel bars.Argon blowing control can be used to promote the inclusion floating to uniform the composition of molten steel and ensure the purity of molten steel.The problem can be solved by controlling the rolling process to reduce the abnormal structure.
