摘  要:本文针对火力发电机组背压偏高带来的经济性问题,以某电厂350MW超临界火电机组解决真空系统泄漏为例,采用轴封系统分段查漏方法分析了机组基建期间设备安装问题,解决了长期影响机组经济运行问题,机组真空较解决前提高了2kPa,单机发电煤耗降低约4g/kW·h。In view of the economic problems caused by the high back pressure of the fossilfuel power station,taking a 350 MW supercritical thermal power unit in a power plant as an example to solve the leakage of the vacuum system,the installation problems of the unit during its capital construction were analyzed by using the leakage detection method of the shaft seal system,the problem of long-term influence on economic operation of units is solved,the vacuum of the unit is increased by 2kPa compared with that before the solution,and the coal consumption of single unit power generation is decreased by about 4g/kW·h.
