摘　　要：针对炼钢转炉氧枪枪位检测问题,本文提出编码器枪位检测跟踪方案,并具体介绍了基于E6C2-CWZ6C集电极开路输出型增量式编码器与AB Logix5000系列PLC高速计数模块跟踪系统的接线调试方法,实现了氧枪枪位的精确跟踪。Aiming at the problem of oxygen lance position detection in steelmaking converter,this paper proposes the encoder oxygen lance position detection and tracking scheme,and introduces the wiring debugging method based on E6C2-CWZ6C open-collecter output incremental encoder and AB Logix5000 series PLC high-speed counting module tracking system,which realizes the accurate tracking of oxygen lance position.
