摘 要:通过在冲压模具中运用自制延迟机构,控制模具镶块运动的先后顺序,可以有效规避制件成形过程中,镶块运动导致的制件变形问题。另外,也同步优化了冲压工艺,让车身横梁类制件由传统的拉伸工艺,变更为成形工艺,既提高了材料利用率,又降低了生产成本,在实际生产中得到了广泛应用,取得了较好的效果。By using the self-made delay mechanism in the stamping die to control the sequence of the movement of the die insert,the problem of part deformation caused by the movement of the insert can be effectively avoided during the part forming process.In addition,the stamping process was also optimized synchronously,so that the body beam parts were changed from the traditional drawing process to the forming process,which not only improves the material utilization rate,but also reduces the production cost.It has been widely used in actual production,and has achieved very good results.
