摘　　要：修边模具的废料切屑问题是影响冲压制件质量的一个主要问题。针对汽车冲压外覆盖件的修边模具中存在的废料切屑问题,提供了有效的优化方法。该优化方法经过几个车型的应用后,证明可以在实际生产中满足生产节拍的同时,有效地解决了修边模具废料切断过程中产生的废料切屑问题.The problem of scrap chips of trimming die is a major problem affecting the quality of stamping parts.This paper provides an effective solution to the scrap chip problem existing in the trimming die of the important automobile stamping outer cover.After the application of several vehicle models,these solutions have proved that they can meet the production rhythm in actual production,and at the same time effectively solve the problem of waste chips generated during the cutting-off process of trimming die waste.
