摘　　要：随着3C行业迅猛发展,高端电视机四角折弯整体式边框制件,其截面形状复杂不规则,对折弯成形工艺难度也随之增大,对于不规则截面进行折弯成形,很大程度受材料拉伸特性和折弯成形工艺方式的影响,此类边框制件折弯模设计应用,就是不断测试优化型材弯曲拉伸变形的过程,使其获得最佳的塑性变形状态.With the rapid development of the 3C industry,the cross-section shape of the high-end TV four-corner bending integral frame products tends to be complex and irregular,and the difficulty of the bending forming process inc reases.For the irregular section bending forming,it is largely affected by the tensile characteristics of materials and the bending forming process.It is the process of testing and optimizing the bending and stretching deformation of the profile constantly to obtain the best plastic deformation state.
