摘  要:结合电钻手柄塑件的结构特点,设计了一副三板模具用于该塑件的注射成型。模具模腔布局一模一腔,分3次开模。模具中为满足塑件充填饱满性要求,使用2个点浇口对模腔进行浇注,保证了塑件的成型品质。为解决塑件托台外壁和内壁上附加特征脱模困难问题,设计了一种复合斜滑块二次抽芯机构用于托台内壁的成型和斜向抽芯脱模,该机构中,通过斜滑块的第一次抽芯完成托台内壁大部分特征的斜向抽芯脱模,通过在斜滑块内设置的两个斜顶机构和两根斜顶杆,完成托台内壁两个深槽倒扣斜向上的二次侧抽芯脱模。使用了两个定模先抽芯机构用于托台外壁两个斜向沉台孔的先抽芯脱模,使用了一个T型导轨滑块机构用于手柄侧端口的侧抽芯脱模,复位使用底端设置预顶弹簧的形式能有效防止复位杆的磨损。模具结构简单实用,机构设计合理,有一定的设计参考价值。According to the structural characteristics of the plastic part of the electric drll handle,a three-plate mold was designed for the injection molding of the plastic part.The mold cavity layout is the first mock examination and one cavity,and the mold is opened three times.In order to meet the filling and fullness requirements of plastic parts,the mold cavity is gated with 2 point gates,which ensures the molding quality of plastic parts.In order to solve the difficulty of demoulding the additional featured on the outer and inner walls of the plastic pallet,a compound oblique slider secondary core-pulling mechanism is designed for the molding of the inner wall of the pallet and the oblique core-pulling demoulding.In this mechanism,the oblique core-pulling demoulding of most features of the inner wall of the pallet is completed through the first core-pulling of the oblique slider,and two oblique ejector mechanisms and two oblique ejector rods are set in the oblique slider,complete the secondary side core-pulling and demoulding of two deep groove rebates on the inner wall of the supporting plaform.Two fixed mold core-pulling mechanisms are used for the core-pulling and demoulding of two inclined countersunk holes on the outer wall of the pallet.A T-type guide rail slider mechanism is used for side core-pulling and demoulding of the handle side port.The form of setting pre-jacking spring at the bottom of the reset lever can effectively prevent the wear of the reset lever.The mold structure is simple and practical,and the mechanism design is reasonable,which has good design reference value.
