摘  要:针对复杂结构的内螺纹瓶盖注射模设计,通过分析饮水瓶瓶盖的结构特点,使用MoldFlow模流分析,设计了圆形分流道截面形状及潜伏浇口,采用侧抽芯机构解决了瓶盖顶处内凹的脱模难题,采用旋转脱螺纹机构为电动机带动链条驱动齿轮使内螺纹自动脱模,解决了饮水瓶瓶盖自动脱模的难题,实现批量自动生产,提高了生产效率。According to the design of injection mold for the inner screw cap with complex structure,through analyzing the structural characteristics of the cap of drinking water bottle,the shape of circular sprue section and the latent gate were designed by MoldFlow mold flow analysis,the side core-pulling mechanism is used to solve the problem of demoulding the concave inside the top of the bottle cap,and the rotating demoulding mechanism is used to drive the chain drive gear for the motor to make the internal thread demoulding automatically,which solves the problem of automatic demoulding of the bottle cap of drinking water bottle,realize batch automatic production,improve production efficiency.
