摘　　要：塑件在成型过程中可能存在各种缺陷,主要针对塑件充填不足的现象进行原因分析,并从原材料选择、塑件结构设计、模具结构设计、成型工艺设置、注塑机等方面提出了相应对策和解决方案。During the molding process,injection molding parts can have various defects.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of insufficient filling of injection molding parts.And put forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions in terms of raw material selection,parts structure design,mold structure design,molding process setting,injection molding machine.
