摘　　要：备份数据是制件发运前留存的数据资料,通过对侧围备份数据与原始数据的对比,结合设计提供的回弹补偿及压机补偿,对前门洞工艺补充研配量大、C柱区域初始着色差等具体问题进行分析,综合整改方案,将优化方案反馈至设计部门,用于新产品的回弹分析及数模设计,以降低或避免在后续制件研配过程中再发生同类问题.The backup data is the data saved before the part is shipped.By comparing the backup data of the side wall with the original data,combined with the springback compensation and press compensation provided by the design,the front door tunnel process has a large amount of additional research and allocation,and the initial C-pillar area.Specific problems such as poor coloration are analyzed,and the comprehensive rectification plan is fed back to the design for the rebound analysis of new products and digital and analog design,in order to reduce or avoid similar problems in the subsequent part development process.
