摘  要:随着科技的发展,液晶面板应用越来越广泛,传统的人工检测方式已无法适应现代化工业生产高质量、高效率的需求。针对液晶面板检测项目多、检测精度要求高的难题,研发出一种基于机器视觉的液晶面板检测系统。给出了液晶面板AOI检测系统设计的整体方案、结构组成、视觉系统的功能及控制流程中产品的高精度检测,极大地提高了检测效率,有效地降低了废品率,保证了液晶屏的生产质量。With the development of science and technology,LCD panel is used more and more widely,the traditional manual detection method has been unable to meet the needs of modern industrial production of high quality and high efficiency.In view of the LCD panel inspection items,high detection accuracy requirements of the problem,a LCD panel inspection system based on machine vision was developed.The overall scheme,structure composition,function of vision system and high precision detection of products in the control process of LCD panel AOI detection system are given,which greatly improves the detection efficiency,effectively reduces the rejection rate and guarantees the production quality of LCD panel.
