摘 要:混凝土桥梁在长期营运荷载和环境等多种不利因素作用下产生裂缝,严重影响桥梁结构的使用性及安全性。为了研究混凝土桥梁裂缝的修补工艺以及修补材料的性能,基于复合增韧机理提出了一种专门针对混凝土桥梁宽裂缝的修补工艺;采用提出的修补工艺对混凝土试件进行宽裂缝修补,通过力学性能试验对不同修补材料的修补效果进行了对比分析。结果表明,相较于普通砂浆与高强砂浆等修补材料,采用环氧树脂对宽裂缝进行开槽修复,界面连接处黏结性能更佳,力学性能优异。Concrete bridge cracks occur under long-term operation load and environment,which seriously affect the usability and safety of bridge structure.In order to study the repair technology of concrete bridge cracks and the properties of repair materials,a special repair technology for wide cracks of concrete bridge was proposed based on composite toughening mechanism.The proposed repair technology was used to repair the wide cracks of concrete specimens,and the repair effects of different repair materials were compared and analyzed through mechanical properties tests.The results show that,compared with ordinary mortar and high-strength mortar,epoxy resin is used to slot the wide cracks,and the bonding performance of the interface joints is better and the mechanical properties are excellent.
