摘　　要：公路建设项目工程决算是建设中的一个重要程序,内容包括从项目策划到竣工投产全过程的全部实际费用,是投资管理的重要环节。以最新的行业指导文件“2018版概算预算编制办法”和“2018版公路施工招标文件”为基础,从高速公路建设项目决算工作中,通过实际项目案例研究工程决算体系的构成和特点问题,分析工程概算、工程量清单数据格式不统一,信息共享度差,联结性不完善的问题。通过分析研究,找到存在问题的原因和建议调整方式,建立统计口径一致的数据对比体系,保证决算信息的有效联结。The final account of expressway construction project is a vital procedure in the construction,including all the actual costs of the whole process from project planning to completion and then operation,which is an important part of investment management.Based on the latest industry guidance"Budget Estimate Arrangement Methods Version 2018"and"Expressway Construction Bidding Documents of 2018 edition",this article is about the final accounts work of expressway construction project,through the practical cases study of engineering final accounts composition and characteristics,to analyze issues like engineering budgetary estimate,data format discord of the bill of quantities,poor information sharing,and imperfect information connectivity.With the analysis and research,the article aims to find out the reasons for the problems,suggest ways to transform,and establish the data comparison system with the same statistical caliber,to ensure the effective connection of final accounts information.
