摘  要:分析了轻汽油醚化装置甲醇回收塔塔底重沸器泄漏原因,造成设备频繁发生泄漏的原因为气蚀冲刷及磺酸根脱落发生的酸性腐蚀;通过提高塔底液位,将气蚀点转移到气相管线上,可避免重沸器管束气蚀泄漏的问题。通过增加换水、增加脱酸树脂、监控萃取水pH等措施,可减少重沸器腐蚀泄漏,保证装置长周期运行。Based on the analysis of the leakage causes of the reboiler at the bottom of the methanol recovery tower in the light gasoline etherification unit,the causes of frequent leakage of the equipment include cavitation erosion and acid corrosion caused by the fall of the sulfonic acid radical;By raising the liquid level at the bottom of the tower,the cavitation point is transferred to the gas phase pipeline to avoid the cavitation leakage of the reboiler tube bundle.Reduce corrosion leakage of reboiler and ensure long-term operation of the unit by increasing water change,adding deacidifying resin and monitoring pH value of extracted water.
