摘　　要：以对精华样品中的目标物乙酰基六肽-8为研究对象,同时采用Franz扩散池的方法、荧光标记法,使用荧光显微镜观察评价了精华样品在涂抹和使用喷雾仪两种方式下在猪皮上吸收程度的差异,为雾化仪对化妆品中活性成分的促渗透作用提供了理论依据。In this paper,a target acetyl hexapeptide-8 as the research object,the method of Franz diffusion cell,fluorescence labeling and fluorescence microscope were used to observe and evaluate the difference of absorption degree of essence samples on pig skin in the two ways of smearing and using spray apparatus.It provides a theoretical basis for promoting penetration of active ingredients in cosmetic products by atomizer.
