摘 要:目前邻叔丁基硝基苯合成工艺存在生产成本高,反应时间长,纯度低、杂质多等问题,造成资源严重浪费。研究了邻叔丁基硝基苯的合成工艺,该合成工艺以邻叔丁基硝基苯胺为原料,在硫酸醋酸条件下进行重氮化反应,得到邻叔丁基硝基苯胺盐酸盐,对邻叔丁基硝基苯胺盐酸盐进行还原和后处理,得到邻叔丁基硝基苯。通过对邻叔丁基硝基苯合成工艺进行优化研究,确定了在合成工艺的还原步骤中,用次亚磷酸钠代替次亚磷酸,加入溶剂正己烷及催化剂氧化亚铜的最佳用量。与现有的邻叔丁基硝基苯合成工艺相比,该合成工艺大大提高了产品的产率和纯度,减少了杂质含量,降低了生产成本,具有较好的工业化应用前景。At present,the synthesis process of o-tert-butyl nitrobenzene has some problems,such as high production cost,long reaction time,low purity and many impurities,which cause serious waste of resources.The synthesis of o-tert-butyl nitrobenzene is studied in this paper.In this synthesis process,o-tert-butyl nitroaniline is used as raw material and diazotization reaction is carried out under the condition of sulfuric acid and acetic acid to obtain o-tert-butyl nitroaniline hydrochloride.The o-tert-butyl nitroaniline hydrochloride is reduced and post-treated to obtain o-tert-butyl nitrobenzene.Through optimizing the synthesis process of o-tert-butyl nitrobenzene,it is determined that in the reduction step of synthesis process,sodium hypophosphite is used instead of hypophosphite,add solvent hexane and catalyst cuprous oxide optimum amount.Compared with the existing synthesis process of o-tert-butyl nitrobenzene,the synthesis process greatly improves the yield and purity of the product,reduces the content of impurities,reduces the production cost,and has a good industrial application prospect.
