摘  要:以一年生榆叶梅(Prunus triloba)幼苗为试材,采用单因素分析方法,研究了不同浓度PP_(333)(0(CK)、50、100、150、200 mg·L^(-1))对榆叶梅幼苗生长指标、叶绿素含量及叶绿素荧光指标的影响,以期筛选出对榆叶梅幼苗生长最有利的PP_(333)浓度。结果表明:PP_(333)能有效地降低榆叶梅株高,增加榆叶梅基径,且在浓度为150 mg·L^(-1)处理下效果最佳;PP_(333)溶液增加了榆叶梅幼苗叶片叶绿素含量。随着PP_(333)溶液浓度增加,叶绿素含量呈先增加后减小的变化趋势。其中,叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)、叶绿素总量(Chl t)较CK分别增加了20.58%~38.81%、16.28%~95.27%、24.64%~54.99%;PP_(333)溶液有利于榆叶梅幼苗叶片电子传递效率(ETR)、实际光化学量子效率(ΦPSⅡ)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)和最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)增加,非光化学淬灭系数(qN)降低;相关分析表明,Chl a、Chl b和Chl t与叶绿素荧光参数ETR、ΦPSⅡ、qP和基径呈显著正相关,与qN、株高呈显著负相关。综合分析表明适合榆叶梅生长发育的最佳浓度为150 mg·L^(-1)。Taking one-year-old Prunus triloba seedlings as experimental materials,single factor analysis was used to study the effects of PP_(333)on growth index,chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Prunus triloba seedlings at different concentrations(0(CK),50,100,150,200 mg·L^(-1)),in order to select the most favorable PP_(333)concentration for the growth of Prunus triloba seedlings.The results showed that PP_(333)could effectively reduce the height and increase the basal diameter of Prunus triloba seedlings,and the best effect was achieved at a concentration of 150 mg·L^(-1).The PP_(333)increased the chlorophyll content in leaves of Prunus triloba seedlings.As the concentration of PP_(333)increased,chlorophyll content showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing.Among them,compared with CK,chlorophyll a(Chl a),chlorophyll b(Chl b)and total chlorophyll(Chl t)increased by 20.58%-38.81%,16.28%-95.27%and 24.64%-54.99%,respectively.The PP_(333)solution was beneficial for the increase of electron transport rate(ETR),actual photochemical efficiency(ΦPSⅡ),photochemical quenching(qP)and maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm)and the decrease of non-photochemical quenching(qN)in leaves of Prunus triloba seedlings.Correlation analysis showed that Chl a,Chl b and Chl t were positively correlated with ETR,ΦPSⅡ,qP and basal diameter,and negatively correlated with qN and plant height.The comprehensive analysis showed that 150 mg·L^(-1)was the best concentration suitable for the growth and development of Prunus triloba seedlings.
