基于citespace的抵当汤研究知识图谱分析

摘　　要：目的研究近40年抵当汤的发展历程及现状,探索抵当汤的研究方向。方法收集1981年1月—2021年8月CNKI数据库收录的抵当汤相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件进行文献计量学分析,并以知识图谱形式展现研究领域的发文量、研究人员、科研机构和研究热点等相关指标。结果共纳入文献317篇;相关研究领域形成了7个主要的研究团队,并在此基础上形成了区域性的合作机构,目前中医药类高校是研究的主力;抵当汤被广泛用于糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、阿尔茨海默病和脑出血等疾病的治疗。结论糖尿病及其并发症是目前研究的热门疾病,在未来一段时间内这类疾病仍将是研究的热点。目前抵当汤的研究发展势头良好,临床应用广泛,实验研究活跃,但仍有很大的研究空间需要进一步挖掘。Objective To study the development process and current situation of Didang Decoction(抵当汤)in the past 40 years and explore the research direction of Didang Decoction.Methods The related literature of Didang Decoction included in CNKI database from January 1981 to August 2021 was collected.CiteSpace software was used to conduct the bibliometric analy⁃sis,and displayed the number of publications,researchers,research institutions and research hotspots in the research field in the form of a knowledge map and other related indicators.Results A total of 317 documents were included;7 major research teams were formed in related research fields,and regional cooperative institutions were formed on this basis.At present,traditional Chi⁃nese medicine universities are the main research force.Didang Decoction is widely used in diabetes,malignant tumors,Alzheimer′s disease and cerebral hemorrhage and other diseases.Conclusion Diabetes and its complications are currently researched hot dis⁃eases,and this type of disease will remain a research hotspot in the future.At present,the research and development of Didang De⁃coction has a good momentum,with extensive clinical applications and active experimental research,but there is still a lot of re⁃search space to be further explored.
