《黄帝内经》及《审视瑶函》对中医中药治疗干眼的启示

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》约成书于战国至秦汉时期,是中医学经典著作之一。不仅为中医学理论体系的形成奠定了坚实的基础,而且对中医学理论与实践的方面的发展提供了理论参考。该书所提出的整体观念,辨证论治,藏象学说,五行理论以及“治未病”的预防思想等医学理论对于干眼的防治有重要的指导作用,为当代中医眼科学的发展提供理论参考。此外,眼科专著《审视瑶函》记载了五轮学说、眼目疾病的预防保健、历代眼科学的理论以及名家治病经验等与干眼相关的理论,将运气学理论、外治疗法用于眼科的治疗。该文将从中医经典书籍《黄帝内经》及《审视瑶函》中总结其对于干眼的理论和治法进行探讨,为临床上运用中医中药治疗干眼提供理论基础。Huangdi Neijing,written around the period from the Warring States to the Qin and Han Dynasties,is one of the classical works of traditional Chinese medicine.It not only laid a solid foundation for the formation of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine,but also provided a theoretical reference for the development of the theoretical and practical aspects of traditional Chinese medicine.This book has an important role in guiding the prevention and treatment of dry eyes,and provides a theoretical reference for the development of contemporary ophthalmology in traditional Chinese medicine,including the holistic concept,the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the theory of Zang-Fu organs manifestation,the theory of five elementsand the idea of“treating the disease before it happens”.In addition,the ophthalmology monograph Shenshi Yaohan has recorded theories related to dry eye,such as the five wheel theory,the prevention and care of eye diseases,theories of ophthalmology in the past generations and the experience of famous ophthalmologists in treatment of diseases.In this paper,we summarized the theories and treatments of dry eye from the classic book of traditional Chinese medicine Huangdi Neijing and Shenshi Yaohan,and discussed them to provide the theoretical basis for the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dry eye.
