摘　　要：目的 观察McKenzie疗法联合肌内效贴治疗上交叉综合征(upper crossover syndrome,UCS)的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年7月至2022年4月于广州中医药大学第三附属医院就诊的UCS患者72例,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例;观察组患者给予Mc Kenzie疗法联合肌内效贴治疗,对照组患者给予常规推拿治疗,两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、静态颈肩部姿势[头前伸角度(forward head angle,FHA)和圆肩角度(forward shoulder angle,FSA)]、颈椎关节活动度和颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disability index,NDI)。结果 治疗前,两组患者的VAS评分、FHA、FSA、颈椎关节活动度和NDI比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的VAS评分、FHA、FSA和NDI均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),颈椎各方向活动度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Mc Kenzie疗法联合肌内效贴治疗UCS的临床疗效显著,可有效缓解患者的疼痛,调整异常姿势,改善颈椎功能,值得在临床推广运用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Mc Kenzie therapy combined with kinesio tape in treatment of upper crossover syndrome(UCS).Methods Seventy-two patients with UCS admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in observation group was treated with Mc Kenzie therapy combined with kinesio tape,and patients in control group was treated with conventional massage.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Visual analogue scale(VAS) scores,static neck and shoulder posture [forward head angle(FHA)and forward shoulder angle(FSA)],cervical joint range of motion and neck disability index(NDI) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in VAS scores,FHA,FSA,cervical joint range of motion and NDI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score,FHA,FSA and NDI in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and cervical motion in all directions were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion McKenzie therapy combined with kinesio tape has significant clinical effect in the treatment of UCS,which could effectively relieve patients' pain,adjust abnormal posture,and improve cervical spine function,thus worthy of clinical promotion and application.
