摘 要:[目的]研究哈茨木霉菌WP在甘薯上的防病增产效果。[方法]通过栽插时浇穴,生长期调查作物长势,收获期调查产量和病害的发生情况,对哈茨木霉菌WP的防病增产效果进行分析。[结果]哈茨木霉菌WP田间栽插后对甘薯前期的生长具有一定的促进作用;哈茨木霉菌WP有显著的增产效果,比对照增产113.03%,与70%噁霉灵WP相比增产36.69%;哈茨木霉菌WP对甘薯黑斑病防治效果(病情指数为86.38%),优于70%噁霉灵WP(73.75%)。[结论]哈茨木霉菌WP浇穴对甘薯生长具有一定的促进作用,有显著的增产效果,对甘薯黑斑病有较好的防治效果。[Objective]The aim was to study the effect of Trichoderma harzianum WP on disease prevention and yield increase of sweet potato.[Method]The effects of disease prevention and yield increase of Trichoderma harzianum WP were analyzed by pouring holes during planting,studying crop growth during growth period,and studying yield and disease occurrence during harvest period.[Result]Trichoderma harzianum WP had a certain promoting effect on the early growth of sweet potato after planting;Trichoderma harzianum WP had a significant yield increase effect,which increased by 113.03%compared with the control group,and increased by 36.69%compared with 70%hymexazine WP.The control effect of Trichoderma harzianum WP on sweet potato black rot disease(disease index was 86.38%)was better than 70%oxamidil WP(73.75%).[Conclusion]Trichoderma harzianum WP(pouring holes)has a certain promoting effect and a significant yield increase effect on the growth of sweet potato,and had excellent control effect on sweet potato black rot disease.
