摘　　要：2022年,经行业组织倡议、自民党内讨论并建议,日本将Web3.0提升到了国家战略层面,在《知识产权推进计划》《经济财政管理与改革基本方针》及《数字田园都市国家构想综合战略》中均有涉及。Web3.0时代的日本数字经济战略以与数据战略、内容产业战略等深度融合发展为特征,是日本数字经济向纵深发展、数字创新生态系统动态演进的结果,是结合其内容产业数字化转型、文旅融合竞争优势等自身产业结构特点、旨在打通数据、激发主体活力、赋能经济、推动平台经济向创作者经济转变的实践路径,是推动远程办公、改变大城市向心型发展模式、推动城乡协调发展、为地方提供利益、维护执政党执政根基、实现“新资本主义”的重要组成部分。In 2022,under the initiative of industry organizations and the discussion and suggestion within the Liberal Democratic Party,Japan upgraded Web3.0 to the national strategic level,which was metioned in the Intellectual Property Promotion Plan,the Basic Policy on Economic and Fiscal Management and Reform,and the Comprehensive Strategy of National Conception of Digital Garden City.As the result of the in-depth development of digital economy and the dynamic evolution of digital innovation ecosystem,Japan’s digital economy strategy in the era of Web3.0 is characterized by deep integration with data strategy and content industry strategy.It is a practical path combining its own industrial structure characteristics such as digital transformation of content industry and competitive advantage of cultural and tourism integration,aiming at opening up data,stimulating the vitality of subjects,empowering economy and promoting the transformation from platform economy to creator economy.It is an important part of promoting telecommuting,changing the centripetal development model of big cities,promoting the coordinated urban and rural development,providing benefits for local governments,maintaining the ruling foundation of the ruling party and realizing"new capitalism".
