摘　　要：探讨“肺合皮毛”与艾滋病的关系,从而为艾滋病相关疾病治疗提供新思路。通过检索中国知网、万方数据库等方法,查找相关文献。艾滋病作为一种具有严重传染性的恶性疾病,其发病常因疫毒侵袭肺脾肾三脏,导致正气虚损。“肺合皮毛”的功能失常是艾滋病发展过程中不可忽视的因素,其不仅影响艾滋病患者体温的变化,也对艾滋病患者出现的不同程度的皮肤损害产生影响,还会影响毛发的生长。通过辨析“肺合皮毛”的内涵,强调肺与艾滋病相关皮肤损害的关系,为艾滋病从肺论治提供理论依据,并总结相关方药供临床使用。It is to explore the relationship between “lung being related to skin and hair” and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome(AIDS) and provide new ideas for the treatment of AIDS-related diseases.Relevant literature was found through CNKI and Wanfang database.As a serious infectious malignant disease, AIDS often affectslung, spleen and kidney and causes deficiency of Qi.The dysfunction of “lung being related to skin and hair” is a factor that cannot be ignored in the development of AIDS,which not only affects the change of body temperature of AIDS patients, but also affects the different degrees of skin damage and the growth of hair.By distinguishing the connotation of “lung being related to skin and hair”,the relationship between lung and AIDS-related skin damage is emphasized to provide a theoretical basis for AIDS treatment from lung theory and summarize the relevant prescriptions for clinical use.
