摘 要:针对传感器动态补偿后会放大高频段噪声的问题,提出对高g值加速度传感器动态补偿范围的研究。将高g值加速度传感器采用零极点相消方法进行动态补偿。仿真分析不同频带宽度系统的输出信号与理想输入信号的误差以及输出信号的信噪比。仿真结果表明:信噪比为21 dB时,最佳拓宽频带范围为原工作频带的4~12倍。对动态补偿后的高g值加速度传感器进行动态校准实验。实验结果证明:在最佳拓宽范围内,高g值加速度传感器不仅可以对输入信号无失真传输,同时还可抑制噪声。Aiming at the problem that after dynamic compensation of sensor will amplify the high frequency noise,study on dynamic compensation range for high-g acceleration sensors is proposed.Zero-pole cancellation method is used to dynamically compensate the high-g acceleration sensor.and the error between the output signal of system with different frequency band width and the ideal input signal and the signal-to-noise ratio of the output signal are analyzed by simulation.The simulation result shows that the optimal broaden band range is 4~12 times of the original working frequency band under the noise with a signal-to-noise ratio of 21 dB.Dynamic calibration experiment is carried out on high-g acceleration sensor after dynamic compensation.The experimental results prove that the high-g acceleration sensor in the optimal broaden range can not only transmit the input signal without distortion but also suppress noise.
