摘  要:为了提高旋转磁场测距系统(RMRS)的邻井探测距离,研制了一种井下微弱低频磁信号高精度测量系统,介绍了测量系统的总体结构及微弱低频磁信号采集电路的实现方法。针对磁测距信号极微弱、超低频、频带窄的特性,从磁场传感器选型、低频磁信号滤波与采集、电源隔离与稳压处理等方面入手,采用斩波放大器降低超低频闪烁噪声,运用多通道24位Σ—Δ型模/数转换器(ADC)实现多路同步高精度测量,通过噪声水平测试及室外模拟实验验证了系统可行性。结果表明:测量系统能够有效滤除噪声和干扰,极大地提高了低频信号信噪比,低频磁场强度探测分辨率可达到0.1 nT,满足RMRS的测控需求。In order to increase the detection distance of adjacent wells guided by rotating magnetic ranging system(RMRS),a kind of high-precision measurement system for downwell weak low frequency magnetic signal is researched and fabricated.The overall structure of the measurement system and the realization method of the weak low frequency magnetic signal acquisition circuit are introduced.Aiming at the extremely weak,ultra-low frequency,and narrow frequency band characteristics of magnetic ranging signals,starting from sensor selection,low frequency magnetic signal filtering and acquisition,power supply isolation and voltage stabilization processing,etc,a chopper amplifier is used to reduce ultra-low frequency flicker noise,and a multi-channel 24 bit-Δanalog to digital converter(ADC)is used to achieve multi-channel synchronous high-precision measurement.Through noise level test and outdoor simulation experiment,the feasibility of the system is verified.The results show that the measurement system can effectively filter out noise and interference,greatly improve the signal-to-noise ratio of low-frequency signals.Signal sampling resolution of magnetic field can reach 0.1nT,which meets the measurement and control requirement of RMRS.
