摘　　要：目的了解医院药品不良反应(ADR)上报情况以及ADR发生的特点和规律,为完善医院ADR监测工作提供参考。方法选择某医院2018年度14678例出院患者作为研究对象,回顾性统计分析上报ADR发生情况以及上报和漏报数据。结果有346例ADR未上报,漏报率为77.06%。ADR涉及11个器官系统和14类药物,以抗感染药物引起ADR最多(20.22%)。60~69岁患者占比最高(26.06%),且与其他各组比较,P<0.01。有药物过敏史患者占3.12%,注射剂引起ADR占比最高(49.66%)。静脉给药途径导致ADR占比最高(46.75%)。结论该院2018年度存在较高的ADR漏报率。医院应加强ADR监测与报告工作,提高合理用药水平,减少ADR发生率,降低ADR漏报率,以保障患者用药安全。Objective To investigate the reporting of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in hospitals and the characteristics and general rules of adverse drug reactions(ADR),and to provide reference for improving the monitoring of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)in hospitals.Methods Totally 14678 discharged patients from a hospital in 2018 were selected as the research objects,retrospective study method was adopted to analyze the occurrence of reported ADR as well as the reported and missed ADR data.Results There were 346 missed reports,with a missing rate of 77.06%;ADR involved 11 organ systems and 14 classes of drugs.and anti-infective drugs caused the most ADR(20.22%).Patients aged 60~69 years accounted for the highest proportion(26.06%),and compared with other groups,P<0.01,the proportion of patients with drug allergy was 3.12%,and the proportion of ADR caused by injection was the highest(49.66%).Intravenous drip led to the highest proportion of ADR(46.75%).Conclusion There was a high missing ADR rate in the hospital in 2018.Reporting and monitoring of ADR should be strengthened and the level of rational drug use should be improved so as to reduce the occurrence of ADR,decrease the missing rate of ADR,and ensure the drug safety of patients.
