摘 要:在钢中添加适量的La、Ce、Y可以改善其性能,因此准确测定钢中La、Ce、Y具有重要意义。通过扫描电子显微镜分析表明,La、Ce、Y是以夹杂物的形式存在于钢中,且分布不均匀。首先使用王水溶解样品,选择La 408.672 nm、Ce 456.236 nm、Y 371.028 nm为分析线,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定低合金钢中La、Ce、Y的方法。结果表明,La、Ce、Y的质量浓度在0.10~10.00μg/mL范围内与其发射强度呈线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.9999。方法中La、Ce、Y的检出限分别为0.00023%(质量分数,下同)、0.00015%、0.00018%,定量限分别为0.00076%、0.00051%、0.00061%。按照实验方法测定低合金钢样品中La、Ce、Y,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)均小于5%,回收率为95%~110%。The performance of steel could be improved by adding proper amount of La,Ce and Y,so it is of great significance to accurately determine La,Ce and Y in steel.The analysis by scanning electron microscope(SEM)indicated that La,Ce and Y existed in steel in the form of inclusions with nonuniform distribution.The sample was dissolved with aqua regia,and a method for determination of La,Ce and Y in low alloy steel was established by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)with La 408.672 nm,Ce 456.236 nm and Y 371.028 nm as the analytical lines.The results showed that the mass concentrations of La,Ce and Y in range of 0.10-10.00μg/mL had a good linear relationship with their corresponding emission intensity,and the linear correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9999.The limits of detection for La,Ce and Y were 0.00023%(mass fraction,similarly hereinafter),0.00015%and 0.00018%,respectively.The limits of quantification were 0.00076%,0.00051%and 0.00061%,respectively.The contents of La,Ce and Y in low alloy steel were determined according to the proposed method.The relative standard deviations(RSD,n=7)were all less than 5%,and the recoveries were between 95%and 110%.
